We collect the information we need to look after you. That means your name, your contact details, your medical and dental history, and your clinical records, including X-rays and photos. If you use a health fund or Medicare, we collect the details we need to process a claim.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and plan your dental care, to process payments and claims, to send you appointment reminders, and to meet our legal and professional duties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We may share it with other health practitioners involved in your care, such as a specialist we refer you to. We may share it with your health fund or Medicare to process a claim. We may share it where the law requires us to.
How we keep it safe
We keep your records in secure systems. Only the people who need your information to look after you can see it.
